Radoslaw Czerkawski, an illegal Polish immigrant, will face 12 counts of animal cruelty in October, three years after he was arrested and charged with the long term torture of a dog in Quincy Massachusetts. The dog named Kiya who became known as “Puppy Doe,” had to be euthanized due to the severity of her injuries.
